Yes! You can purchase a gift card and this can be put towards an online purchase or piercing service. 

We would advise that if you don't know the size you need for your piercing that you come and visit us in store and we can fit you with the right size.

Our earrings (hoops, studs and cuffs) are made from 925 sterling silver and coated with either 18-karat gold or rhodium. All pieces are finished with an anti-tarnish coating to ensure the plating stays in tip top condition for as long as possible. All sterling silver 925 styles are hallmarked.

Our body jewellery (labrets and barbells) are made from titanium and coated with 18-karat gold or rhodium. We chose to use titanium instead of sterling silver for our body jewellery because generally speaking, titanium is a lot more accepted by the body for new piercings.

No, all Arrow & Stone pieces are brass, nickel and lead free and falls within EU regulations.

We'll do our best to change your order or details if you message us within 2 hours. If you message us after 2 hours, we can't guarantee that it'll be changed as it may have already been shipped out.

You can cancel your order within the hour that it is placed. After that, it may already be in production, and we will not be able to cancel it.

We accept payment using all major credit and debit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay. 

Yes, we would love to gift wrap your order! Please add our gift wrapping service to the basket or choose the gift wrapping option at checkout and we will take care of it. Orders don't come with physical receipts.
